Purchases & Refunds

ConverseLogix supports different payment methods mentioned on the website. You can also drop us an email after registration we will send you bank details of net banking.

Our priority is to satisfy our customers, in case you're not happy with a course, you can request a full refund of the course after 5 classes. This policy is valid for our language courses. For live courses, if the person couldn’t attend the course, can request a refund within 15 days’ time.

Yes! For Language course we provide one trail class for the interested candidates. Please send your interest and we will contact you to fix the trial class.

Making Courses

Our courses are live courses with experts trained in foreign countries mostly in Germany and USA. Our paid course will provide a participation certificate by German Academy of Digital Education, Germany. Each course include various type of practice exercises and digital material to the topic.

Once you register for a course, the course can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, or mobile through the registration link.

Our Language course is meant to prepare you for the certificate of Language from the respective institute of the country. For other live courses like our upcoming course on Industry 4.0, each attendee will receive a participation certificate with the content of the course by the German Academy for Digital Education, Germany. This certification would be very useful for your plans to study in German or Career making in Germany. All our courses are conducted by experts from renowned public funded universities.
